Boone Hall Plantation & Fort Moultrie
October 18, 2014
Registration Deadline: Registration is closed.

What we're doing...
Join us in October to visit historic Boone Hall Plantation and Fort Moultrie, both in the Mount Pleasant, SC area.

We'll start at Boone Hall Plantation with a tour of the mansion, self-tours of the gardens and original brick slave cabins, and a live presentation about Gullah culture. After lunch, we'll meet at Fort Moultrie to learn about its history, spanning from the Revolutionary War to World War II.

Carolina Homeschooler members participating in the Barrier Island Ecology Adventure on October 17 will have priority when registering for today's tours. I'll keep a waiting list and will add non-members if space is available. See our membership area for more information about becoming a member.

(NOTE: No drop-offs. Parents, or another adult, must attend this event with their children.)

Cost and what's included...
The cost for 2014-2015 members is $10 per person (ages 6 and older, 5 and younger are free). This price includes all included tours, but all meals are on your own.

Non-members will be added if space is available for $15 per person (ages 6 and older, 5 and younger are free).

Group Hotel...
If you need a hotel, we've reserved rooms with two queen beds, free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast. Rates are between $147 and $169 per night, depending on how many nights you want to stay. More information will be provided after you register.

Cancellation policy and refunds...
Payments are refundable only if I have a family on my waiting list to replace you, and a $5 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds. No replacements, roster changes, or refunds will be made after August 31, 2014.

Your signed registration form and waiver acknowledges that you understand and agree with my cancellation and refund policy.

This event may be cancelled if we don't have enough participants to meet the minimum required. If it's cancelled, you'll receive a full refund of payments made to me.
